Ingredients / Bahan2
- 300gm of Finger Aurbegine
- 150gm of fresh grind dried chilli paste
- 50gm Anchovy
- 5 pcs of Chilli Kampong
- 2 shallot
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp of cooking oil
- 1 pc of Asam Keping gelugor
- 300gm Terung telunjuk atau Terung Melayu
- 150gm Pes Chilli kering Segar giling.
- 50gm Ikan Bilis
- 5 biji chilli api kampong
- 2 Ulas bawang merah kecil
- Garam secukup rasa
- 3 Sudu besar minyak masak.
- 1 Keping asam gelugor

- Cut all the long green aurbegine into halve and keep it soak in the water
- Semua Terung terlunjuk dibelah dua dan kemudian di rendam didalam air buat seketika.
- Grind or pound Anchovy,salt,chilli kampong and the shalots to a semi-fine mixed.
- Tumbuk atau mesin lumat semua bahan sehingga menjadi pes.
How to cook? / Cara2 memasak.
- In a pre heated frying pan, add in the cooking oil and upon ready, put in all the pounded ingredients and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
- Pan yang sedia dipanas masukan minyak masak, bila cukup panas masukan semua bahan2 yang di tumbuk dan kacau rata 2-3 minit.
- Add in the pan the Fresh dried chilli paste and mix it well into the other ingredients for about 3-4 minutes
- Masukan pes chili kering segar kedalam pan dan gaul rata dengan bahan yang sedia ada didalam pan selama 3-4minit.
- Add in the long green aurbegine and stir mix for about 3-4 minutes, after the long green aurbegine is soft add in the asam keping gelugor.
- Masukan Terung panjang hijau gaul rata selama 3-4 minits lagi sehingga terung lembut masukan asam keping gelugor.
- Now you can serve with rice or bread.
- Bolehlah dihidangkan dengan nasi atau roti putih.
