Cucumber Anchovy Broth
Ingredient
- 1 Cucumber
- 50 gm of anchovy (ikan bilis)
- 1 Red Chilly
- 3 lobe of Garlic
- 2 chive or small red onion
- 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 2 tsp of salt
- 300 ml water
Preparing the Ingredient
- Slice the cucumber in halve shape
- Slice the red chilly
- Slice thinly garlic,small red onion
- Clean the anchovy
How to cook?
- Heat up the wok or frying pan to a medium level
- Add in 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
- Fry briefly the slice garlic,chive or small red onion and the anchovy -bilis
- Add in 2 tsp of salt
- Add in water , gently stir the mix until near boiling
- Add in the cucumber and cooks for another 5 minutes
