Grilled Stuff Mackerel & Sweet Soy Sauce

Ingredient
- 6 Large size Mackerel or Kembung Hitam
- 4 Red Shallot
- 4 Lobe of Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 inch Ginger
- 2 Tsp of Salt
- 2 Red Chillies
- 2 Tbsp Chilly Paste
- 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar
Preparation of Ingredient
- Clean the Mackerel, make a deep slit on the back of Mackerel for stuffing,keep aside.
- For stuffing pound finely 3 shallot,3 lobe of garlic,onion, ginger with 1 Tsp of Salt.
For the sauce
- Grind the remaining shallot, garlic,ginger into a find texture add in chilly paste sugar,sweet soy sauce and sugar
- Slice thinly the red chillies.
How to Grilled the Mackerel?
- Stuff in all the pounded ingredient as filling into the front and slit of the Mackerel
- Grill it in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees
Preparing the Sauce
- In a heated frying pan add in 2 Tbsp of cooking oil, later add in the grind-ed ingredient and stir gently until cooked.
