Sambal Terung Cina / Chinese Long Aubegine Sambal
Ingredient/Bahan2
- 6 Long Chinese Aubegine / Terung Cina
- 50 gm Anchovy / Ikan Bilis
- 4 Tbsp Chilly Paste/ Sudu Besar Chilli Giling
- 4 Shallots / Bawang Merah Kecil
- 3 Cloves Garlic / Bawang Putih
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup / Sudu Besar Sos Tomato
- 4 Tbsp Cooking Oil/ Sudu Besar Minyak Masak
- Salt to Taste / Garam Secukup Rasa
Preparation of Ingredient/Penyedian Bahan2
- Clean, the aubergine and fry to hardened the outer skin/ Bersihkan terung dan digoreng untuk mengeraskan kulit luarnya.
- Grind finely Anchovies,Shallots and garlic in a blender/ Kisar halus ikan bilis,bawang merah dan bawang Putih.
- Mix Tomato Ketchup and chilli Paste in a bowl / Gaulkan Chilly dan Sos Tomato didalam mangkuk.
How To Cook? / Cara Memasaknya
- In a Preheat cooking pan with add in the oil,ensure the heat is at low level then put all the grinded ingredient and stir mix/ Masukan minyak kedalam kuali dan tentukan tahap panas yang rendah kemudian masukan semua bahan2 yang digiling atau di kisar di goreng sehingga sebati
- Add in Tomato Ketchup,chilly paste and mix well the combination until cooked/Masukan Sos Tomato, Chilli Giling dan gaul rata bersama bahan2 tadi sehingga masak.
- Add in Salt to taste / Masukan garam secukup rasa.
- After well cooked the sauce combination, top the Long Aubergine with it/Setelah masak letakan sos ini diatas terung yang sedia digoreng.
