Egg Onion Fried Fete
Portion 6
  • 6 Egg
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Tbsp of Chilli Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
  • 5 Small Red Chillies
Preparation of Ingredient
20 minutes
  • Boil the egg for 15 minutes, later cool it down under cold running tap water this to ensure a near hard-boil eggs. Peel of the shell
  • Slice the onion to a ring shape
  • Slice tomato to wedges shape
  • Crush shallot and garlic in a stone mortal
How to cook?
10 minutes
  • Heat a frying pan and add in the vegetable cooking oil
  • Fry by rolling in gently the peeled hardboil egg to attain a golden crispy outer layer.Keep it aside
  • Using the remaining cooking oil in the pan, put in crush garlic, shallot,chilli paste and tomato ketchup. Continue to mix well add in salt, sugar and vinegar until the sauce thicken
  • Put in the fry hard-boil egg and gently turn it over, to ensure the thicken sauce embalm it
  • Add in the slice onion, small chillies and wedges tomato, and gently turn it over, mix well for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve with rice or pasta if you wish.

 Dry Fried Bitter Gourd and Anchovies
Portion 6
  • 6 Medium size bitter gourd
  • 100gm of dried Ikan bilis or anchovy
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 3 Shallots
  • 1" of Ginger
  • 2 Big Red Chilly
  • 1 Tbsp of Vege Cooking oil
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
Preparation of Ingredient
10 minutes
  • Slice the bitter gourd in thin round  shape
  • Crush the shallot, red chillies and garlic
  • Slice the ginger into julienne
How to cook?
10 minutes
  • In a hot wok, put in the cooking oil 
  • When the cooking oil gets heated add in crush garlic and shallot
  • Add in the anchovies and ginger
  • Put in the slice bitter gourd and add in water, stir until well mix
  • Add the salt to taste and the crush red pepper chilly
Don't over cook, a crispy like texture are good for flavor and taste, you may serve it with rice or a side dishes for porridge.
